All the villas and rooms have spectacular views of the reef below and the main channel below. The villas are on the south side of the island, and the double rooms on the east side. Air conditioning is never necessary, because the constantly blowing tradewinds provide fresh, cool, clean air during every hour of the day and night. The hilltop double room faces directly into the tradewinds. Each double room is equipped with a refrigerator. A private balcony sits directly over the reef. It is an ideal spot for reading, or for a cool drink, or for doing nothing at the end of each full day. The balcony of the suites overlooks the reef and the Sir Francis Drake Channel. The furnishings are comfortable and relaxed. For privacy, a bedroom and private bathroom are located on each side of the parlor, each with its own balcony. The Lagoon Villas - Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, sitting room and an ocean view terrace. Designed to accommodate four guests. Deluxe Rooms have king size bed and ocean view terrace. Accommodations include a complimentary Continental Breakfast. All rates are per night and are determined by date requested. The BVI Government requires us to charge a seven percent hotel tax. A twelve and a half percent service charge is added to all rooms. Credit card guarantee is required. Failure to give us forty-five days Cancellation Notice will result in a 50% room charge. Visa, Master Card, American Express, cash, and traveler's checks are accepted. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
